È l’incarico, affidato per 74.000 € alla società Polinomia srl di Milano, per pianificare e progettare la mobilità sostenibile del traffico a scala urbana. Per arrivare, entro max il dicembre 2022, a un Piano operativo da rendere quotidiano.
È una Determina significativa. Si spera possa rendere finalmente Lecco una città al servizio dei suoi abitanti e non delle loro auto
I tempi non son rapidissimi ma dal cronoprogramma allegato c’è una parte che andrebbe arricchita e potenziata di restituzione alla Città.
È prevista la misurazione dei flussi anche scolastici, delle ciclovie e percorsi con le bici e la gestione dell’ultimo miglio in prossimità delle scuole (un’attenzione specifica è prevista per la Stoppani).
Insomma se il buongiorno si vede dal mattino questa è una buona strada.
Spero che si possa contemplare comunque la sperimentazione anche ridotta ma urgente di “strade scolastiche”, “ZONA30”, “Case avanzate”, parcheggi periferici, sosta per residenti dei quartieri, mobilità ciclistica urbana, dissuasori di velocità, strisce bianche x bici prima del 2023.
E che questo affidamento e importante progettualitá sia affiancata e relazionata con la nascita di una Consulta della Mobilità dove i risultati son condivisi, costruiti e non solo presentati alla Città con semplici incontri pubblici.
